In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

An Israeli occupation forces drone struck a car in the town of Duwair in El-Nabatiya district, killing one person, injuring seven others, and setting vehicles on fire, the Ministry reported in a statement published by Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA). Another person was killed when another Israeli occupation forces drone targeted a motorcycle in the town of 'Aita El-Sh'ab, the Ministry added. In a separate attack, NNA mentioned that another Israeli occupation forces drone dropped a bomb near a bulldozer in the northern neighborhood of El-Khiyam, in the Marji'youn district. No casualties were reported. Tensions have been mounting in southern Lebanon for weeks, with the Israeli occupation army intensifying near-daily air raids inside the Lebanese territory, despite the ceasefire that has been in place since November 2024. On Friday, the Israel’s public broadcaster, KAN, reported that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime of Benjamin Netanyahu is considering the escalation of its military operations in Lebanon, allegedly to counter 'Hizbullah’s efforts to rebuild its capabilities. *** Israeli military prosecutor arrested for leaking a video of Israeli occupation soldiers raping a Palestinian prisoner Monday 3-November-2025 NAZARETH, (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime arrested military prosecutor general Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi on Monday, on suspicion of leaking classified information, according to Hebrew media reports. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime police also detained chief military prosecutor Colonel (Res.) Matan Solomesh, allegedly for having prior knowledge of the leak of a video showing five Israeli soldiers assaulting and raping a Palestinian detainee. The footage, reportedly recorded by a surveillance camera at the “Sde Teiman” detention base in July 2024, shows the Israeli occupation soldiers violently attacking and sexually assaulting a Palestinian prisoner. In her resignation letter last Friday, Tomer-Yerushalmi admitted to forwarding the video, saying she wanted to “counter false propaganda directed against the military law enforcement authorities.” Hebrew media reported that she was taken in for questioning over similar suspicions, as police opened a full investigation to determine whether other members of the military prosecutor’s office were involved in disseminating the footage. Five Israeli army reservists have already been charged in connection with the incident, though their defense lawyers denied the allegations of sexual assault. Tomer-Yerushalmi has faced intense backlash from current and former Israeli officials who accused her of “damaging Israel’s reputation and that of its soldiers” by leaking the footage rather than focusing on the crime itself. Critics noted that Israeli officials and mainstream media have centered their outrage on the leak rather than the brutality committed against the Palestinian captive. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the publication of the video, calling it “perhaps the most serious public relations attack Israel has faced since its founding,” and announced an independent inquiry into the leak. On Sunday evening, Israeli police confirmed that the recently resigned prosecutor had been found “safe and sound” after several hours of searching, following media reports that she had left behind a suicide note. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime approves bill that allows execution of Palestinian prisoners TEL AVIV, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation apartheid regime's so-called Knesset's Security Committee approved on Monday a bill that would allow the execution of Palestinian prisoners. Israeli media reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave the green light for the bill. The committee approved it and referred it to the Knesset plenum for discussion and a vote in the upcoming legislative stages. A vote is expected next Wednesday. A Knesset committee had previously approved the bill on Sunday, September 29, paving the way for its first reading. The law is part of the agreements signed to form the coalition government headed by Likud party leader Benjamin Netanyahu and Jewish Power party leader Itamar Ben-Gvir in late 2022. The bill to execute prisoners is not new; it has been proposed repeatedly over the years, most recently in 2022 when the extremist minister Ben-Gvir reintroduced it with a number of amendments. It was eventually approved by the Knesset in its preliminary reading in March 2023. The bill stipulates "the death penalty for anyone who intentionally or negligently causes the death of an Israeli citizen out of racist or hateful motives and to harm Israel." The bill in its first reading will allow it to continue its advancement in the next Knesset, even if it is not completed during the current session. The legislative process in Israel involves several stages, beginning with the drafting of a bill by a Knesset member or a government committee, as explained on the Knesset website. In a specially convened meeting, the Knesset Speaker approves the proposed laws submitted to him, which are then brought before the Knesset plenum on the same day for a preliminary reading. The bill is debated, and a decision is made regarding its approval. If approved, it is then referred to a parliamentary committee for further discussion in preparation for its first reading. If the proposed laws are submitted by the government, rather than by a Knesset member, as is the case with the death penalty bill, or by Knesset committees, they do not undergo preliminary debate and proceed directly to the first reading. The bills submitted for the first reading are published in the official gazette, and a vote is then held to either reject them or allow them to proceed to further debate. If the proposal passes the first reading, it is referred to a specialized Knesset committee for preparation for the second and third readings. After the committee concludes its deliberations, the bills undergo further debate in the plenum, followed by the second and third readings. After the proposal is approved in three readings, the law becomes part of the State of Israel's legal code and is published in the official records, thus entering into force. The push to pass this extremist law comes within the context of a war of extermination waged by the Israeli occupation against our people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank since October 7th of last year. K.T. *** 'Hamas condemns the Israeli draft law authorizing execution of Palestinian prisoners Monday 3-November-2025 El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The 'Hamas Resistance Movement has denounced the so-called Israeli Knesset’s national security committee for approving a draft law allowing the execution of Palestinian prisoners, and forwarding it for a parliamentary vote. In a statement on Monday, 'Hamas said that this proposed legislation reflects the “ugly fascist face of the rogue Zionist occupation” and “its persistence in violating the international law, particularly the provisions of international humanitarian law and the Third Geneva Convention.” 'Hamas called on the UN, the international community, and human rights and legal organizations to take urgent action to stop “this brutal crime,” and to form international committees to visit Israeli prisons, examine the incarceration conditions of Palestinian detainees, and expose any abuses committed by Israeli authorities. The 'Hamas Movement called for necessarily taking immediate steps to secure the release of Palestinian detainees, especially in light of leaked reports about the occurrence of horrific abuses in Israeli jails, especially at the Sde Teiman detention center. The Knesset’s national security committee advanced a bill Monday to introduce the death penalty for Palestinian prisoners after Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu announced his support for the measure. The bill could have its first reading in the Knesset plenum as soon as Wednesday, the Hebrew media reported. The legislation stipulates that Israeli courts will be able to impose the death penalty on those who have committed a nationalistically motivated murder of a citizen of Israel. However, it will not apply to a Jewish Israeli who kill a Palestinian. The law is expected to be implemented first against detainees from the Gaza Strip who have been classified by Israeli authorities as “fighters.” These individuals have been held in military detention facilities without trial since they were kidnaped from Gaza. In a related context, the Palestinian Center for Prisoners’ Advocacy has accused the Israeli occupation forces of continuing to commit grave abuses against Palestinian detainees and holding them under harsh and inhumane conditions that lack the most basic requirements for survival. “The Hebrew media have once again exposed one of the most heinous crimes committed by the Israeli occupation. They reported that a Palestinian detainee was subjected to a fatal sexual assault, which was documented, filmed, and leaked to the media,” the Palestinian Center said in a statement on Sunday The Center condemned the incident as a “reflection of the deep moral decline within Israel’s security and military establishment.” “The debate within Israeli circles overlooks the horror of the crime itself, focusing instead on pinpointing the origin of the leaked footage. This reflects a complete absence of humanity within the Israeli system and its disregard for the life of the Palestinian detainee,” the Center said. *** Israeli draft bill to impose death penalty on Palestinian detainees constitutes war crime – Palestinian Foreign Ministry statement RAMALLAH, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said that the Israeli draft law to impose the death penalty on Palestinian detainees constitutes a war crime and represents a new manifestation of the growing Israeli extremism and criminality against the Palestinian people. In a statement issued on Monday, the Ministry stressed that the Israeli judicial system and the Knesset serve as additional tools of the occupation to legitimize crimes and ensure impunity. It said that the death penalty law represents an extrajudicial execution decision and reflects an intention to commit a new crime, adding to the ongoing genocide perpetrated in the Gaza Strip and now extending to the West Bank, including Jerusalem, with serious implications for detainees. The Ministry strongly condemned the draft bill approved today by the Israeli Knesset, which imposes a mandatory death penalty on Palestinian detainees, describing it as a dangerous step aimed at continuing genocide and ethnic cleansing under the guise of legality. It said that the move amounts to an official declaration of war crimes and crimes against humanity endorsed by the Knesset. It affirmed that the proposed bill exposes the trajectory of racial extremism and fascism within the Israeli legal system, despite its blatant violation of all international conventions and norms, as well as international law, including the four Geneva Conventions. The Ministry emphasized that the Palestinian people and their leadership will confront this plan through all available legal and political avenues. It warned that approving this bill without concrete measures by states to hold accountable those who proposed, endorsed, or voted for it would mark a stain on humanity’s conscience and amount to complicity in extrajudicial executions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates urged the international community and legal institutions to take immediate action to expose and confront this dangerous course pursued by the occupying state, activate accountability and justice mechanisms, and place Knesset members supporting this approach on terrorism lists, and called for their boycott as well as the boycott of this racist institution. T.R. *** Palestinian Government Operations Room warns of flooding risk that threatens thousands of displaced families in the Gaza Strip RAMALLAH, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) - The Palestinian Government Operations Room for Emergency Interventions in the Gaza Strip issued an urgent appeal to the United Nations, its agencies, and international and humanitarian organizations to take immediate action- as winter approaches - to save thousands of displaced families at risk of flooding in low-lying areas of the Gaza Strip. Alternative and safe shelter centers are needed before the situation worsens, it stressed. In a statement issued on Monday, the Operations Room warned that the humanitarian situation poses an imminent danger in areas most vulnerable to flooding, rainwater accumulation, and sea surges, particularly given the extensive destruction inflicted on infrastructure by the continued aggression and extermination waged by the Israeli occupation over the past two years. The statement highlighted severe damage to drainage networks and roads, as well as the lack of basic protection and heating means for thousands of displaced families. The areas most at risk of flooding and collapse include "El-Jazeera" area along Salahuddeen Street from El-Maghazi junction to El-Buraij junction, Sa'hn El-Barka and the Wadi El-Salqa basin in the central governorate, displaced persons gathering along the coastal El-Rasheed Street spanning 26 kilometers from the northern to the southern parts of the Strip, and the camps east of Dair El-Bala'h and El-Nafaq Street in Gaza City. Sama'h 'Hammad, Head of the Government Operations Room, confirmed that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is extremely dire, and that displaced families residing in coastal and low-lying areas face the risk of flooding at any moment. She stressed the urgent need to relocate them to safe shelters and provide them with essential assistance. 'Hammad explained that international organizations possess ready-to-use shelter supplies but are still awaiting permission to bring them into the Strip, while the occupying authorities continue to obstruct the entry of humanitarian aid and fail to comply with the ceasefire agreement stipulating the entry of 600 aid trucks daily. 'Hammad noted that between 1 and 25 October 2025, only 5,078 trucks entered Gaza, averaging 203 trucks per day—far below the minimum humanitarian needs, particularly for shelter materials and tents. She added that, as part of the Relief and Early Recovery Plan, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing has designated 294 temporary shelter sites equipped with water and sanitation services near the original residential areas. She called on humanitarian organizations to coordinate with the Operations Room to establish shelter centers in the identified locations. 'Hammad concluded by calling on the international community to exert pressure for the immediate and unrestricted entry of sufficient and unrestricted humanitarian aid, including relief materials, tents, shelter supplies, and prefabricated housing units; to ensure the protection of hundreds of thousands of displaced persons living in dire conditions. T.R. *** ****** 10 Palestinians killed in Gaza over past 24 hours GAZA, November 3, 2025 (WAFA, PIC) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported that 55 Palestinians have been killed directly, as recovered bodies from the rubble, and as returned corpses from the Israeli cptivity, over the past 24 hours (part of November 2 and part of November 3, 2025). Among those killed were two new victims, while the bodies of eight others were recovered from under the rubble of their homes, which were destroyed by the Israeli occupation forces, during the two-year of the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip. On Monday (November 3, 2025), the Ministry confirmed receiving the remains of 45 martyrs handed over by Israel via the International Committee of the Red Cross, bringing the total number of returned bodies to 270. An unknown number of Palestinian victims remain trapped under the rubble and scattered on the streets, as rescue and civil defense teams continue to face significant challenges in reaching them. Since the Gaza ceasefire went into effect on October 11, 2025, a total of 238 Palestinians have been killed and 600 injured, while 510 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble. T.R. *** Israeli authorities hand over 45 bodies to Gaza; total returned reaches 270 GAZA, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported receiving the bodies of 45 Palestinian martyrs, who were released by Israeli occupation regime on Monday, through the mediation of the Red Cross, bringing the total number of bodies received to 270. They affirmed that 78 out of the 270 bodies released by the Israeli occupation regime have been identified so far. Families have been able to identify 25 of their loved ones. According to local sources, medical teams continue to handle the bodies according to established medical procedures and protocols, in preparation for completing the examination, documentation, and handover to the families. Y.S. *** Israel strike Gaza City despite ceasefire deal GAZA, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli fighter jets on Monday evening struck Gaza City in ongoing breach of the ceasefire deal, according to WAFA correspondent. He said that Israeli aircraft launched two strikes on Eastern Gaza. The Israeli aerial and artillery bombardment have been ongoing since Sunday night, particularly in Khan Younus and Gaza City, killing and injuring a number of civilians. The Israeli occupation have killed 236 Palestinian civilians and injured 600 others, since the US-brokered ceasefire began on 10 October, at a time when the bodies of 502 slain Palestinians have been retrieved from the rubble. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes that killed 13,598 Palestinians and injured 57,849 others. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing 68,865 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 170,670 others. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. K.F. *** Three Palestinians, including a woman, martyred in Israeli airstrike on Rafa'h Monday 3-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Three Palestinians, including a woman, were martyred on Monday after Israeli occupation forces carried out an airstrike and opened fire north of Rafa'h, southern Gaza. Several others were injured in separate incidents as Israel continued demolishing homes in eastern Khan Younus and Gaza City, in a renewed violation of the ceasefire agreement. Local sources said two Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli air raid near the Al-Baraksat area north of Rafa'h, while a woman, Manal 'Abdullah Salim El-Tarabeen, was shot dead by Israeli gunfire in El-Shakoush neighborhood, also in northern Rafa'h. In Gaza City, two civilians were wounded after IOF troops opened fire on residents in El-Sha'af Street, east of the city. Meanwhile, bulldozers belonging to the Israeli occupation forces advanced near El-Shaikh Zayid roundabout in northern Gaza, razing agricultural and residential land, while other units continued to demolish homes in eastern Khan Younus and Gaza City. 'Hamas spokesman 'Hazim Qasim condemned the ongoing demolitions, calling them “a clear and deliberate violation of the ceasefire agreement on Gaza.” He urged mediators to pressure Israel to halt its repeated breaches, including daily killings, the continuation of the blockade, restrictions on aid delivery, and the closure of the Rafa'h border crossing. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that ten martyrs, including two killed in recent attacks and eight whose bodies were recovered from the rubble, were received by Gaza hospitals in the past 24 hours. The Ministry added that many victims remain trapped under the debris of destroyed buildings and along the roads, where civil defense and ambulance crews have been unable to reach them due to the ongoing Israeli restrictions and shelling. Since the ceasefire took effect on October 10, 2025, the ministry has documented 238 Palestinians martyred and 600 wounded, in addition to 510 bodies recovered from destroyed areas. On Monday, the Ministry confirmed receiving the remains of 45 martyrs handed over by Israel via the International Committee of the Red Cross, bringing the total number of returned bodies to 270. *** 3 children injured in Israeli drone attack in El-Shuja’iya wedding Monday 3-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Three young girls were injured in the El-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, after an Israeli drone targeted a wedding held inside a school sheltering displaced Palestinian families. The PIC correspondent confirmed that the three girls were wounded near the El-Shuja’iya intersection and were transferred to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City. According to the report, the attack was carried out by an Israeli drone that struck a wedding inside El-Zahraa School in El-Shuja’iya area. Despite the ceasefire agreement between 'Hamas and Israel taking effect on October 10 as part of US President Donald Trump’s proposed plan, Israeli forces continue to violate the truce with repeated assaults on the Gaza Strip. *** Two Palestinians killed by Israeli drone fire in southern Gaza Strip amid renewed ceasefire violations GAZA, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were killed by Israeli army fire on Monday evening near the barracks area north of Rafa'h in the southern Gaza Strip. Several other Palestinians were wounded by Israeli army fire east of El-Buraij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. The death toll since the ceasefire agreement of October 11 has reached 236 Palestinians and 600 reported wounded, with 502 bodies recovered, according to the latest figure issued yesterday. Since October 7, 2023, the total number of Palestinians who have been killed in the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,865, with 170,670 wounded. Y.S. *** Al-Bursh: Israel continues to commit mutilation crimes against bodies in Gaza Monday 3-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Dr. Muneer El-Bursh, Director General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, announced on Monday that Israeli occupation authorities returned 45 bodies of Palestinian martyrs, bringing the total number of bodies recovered to 270 since the process of retrieving remains began. In media statements, Al-Bursh revealed that the condition of the recovered bodies shows horrific crimes committed against the victims. “Their bodies were brutally mutilated,” he said. “Their faces were burned to conceal their identities, and their internal organs were savagely torn apart.” He strongly condemned Israel’s practices, saying, “These bodies were not silent, they speak for the land they loved and the homeland they believed in until their final breath.” He added, questioning, “How can those who kill also desecrate what remains of the victim’s humanity? And how can those who claim to uphold justice and law remain silent in the face of such horrors?” Regarding the international silence on these violations, El-Bursh criticized human rights organizations and international courts, asking, “Where are those who claim to defend humanity?” He affirmed that these bodies will remain a testament to the global complicity and disgraceful silence in the face of Israeli crimes. “These pure bodies stand as witnesses to global hypocrisy and a so-called civilization that claims mercy while drowning in silence and complicity,” he said. Earlier on the same day, the International Committee of the Red Cross received the seventh batch of Palestinian martyrs’ remains, comprising 45 bodies that had been withheld by Israeli forces during their war on the Gaza Strip. The Ministry of Health confirmed that medical teams and families of the martyrs are facing immense challenges in identifying the bodies due to the extreme mutilation, torture, and abuse, with clear signs of brutal treatment visible on the remains. In a previous statement, El-Bursh had revealed that Israeli forces had also harvested organs from some of the martyrs’ bodies they detained. He confirmed that the condition of the bodies had shocked the Health Ministry teams. *** The Israeli forces escalate ceasefire violations across eastern Gaza Monday 3-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) escalated their violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, launching a series of airstrikes, artillery shelling, and demolitions in different eastern areas at dawn Monday. According to local sources, Israeli warplanes bombed Rafa'h and eastern Khan Younus in southern Gaza, amid heavy artillery shelling. Simultaneous air and artillery strikes also hit eastern Gaza City, while the Israeli occupation forces drones opened fire east of El-Tuffa'h neighborhood. Residents reported hearing explosions in the east of Gaza City as Israeli forces were detonating residential buildings. In northern Gaza, occupation forces fired flares over the northwestern skies of Bait Lahya. In central Gaza Strip, the IOFs launched an intensive artillery attack on the eastern area of Dair El-Bala'h. *** More than one million children in Gaza without enough water or food Monday 3-November-2025 GAZA, (PIC) UNICEF has warned of the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, confirming that more than one million children continue to suffer from severe shortages of water and food, and that thousands of children go to sleep hungry every night despite the ongoing ceasefire agreement. UNICEF spokesperson Tess Ingram said that while the ceasefire is “good news,” it is not enough to end hunger or ensure access to safe drinking water for families. She noted that water and healthcare infrastructure has been severely damaged, and families are struggling daily to survive amid the destruction of hospitals and the scarcity of supplies. The organization added that although the entry of aid into the Strip has slightly increased since the truce began, it remains far below pre-war levels and does not meet the vast humanitarian needs. UNICEF affirmed that thousands of children in Gaza continue to go to bed hungry or suffer pain in hospitals without adequate treatment, amid an acute shortage of doctors, medicines, and medical supplies. Meanwhile, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that it is continuing efforts to expand educational spaces within shelters across the Gaza Strip as part of a plan to gradually restore the educational process after the war. The agency said that around 8,000 teachers have been trying since August 2024 to resume education despite the extensive destruction of schools and educational infrastructure in the Strip. So far, UNRWA has established 485 temporary learning spaces in 67 shelters and is working to increase that number to ensure continued education for displaced children. It is also activating remote learning programs to reach more than 300,000 students across various areas of the Strip. The agency explained that the few schools still usable are now sheltering hundreds of thousands of displaced people, making regular schooling extremely difficult under the current circumstances. Despite the challenges, Palestinians continue their efforts to gradually restore education through makeshift classroom tents and volunteer initiatives, striving to keep hope for learning alive amid the siege and devastation. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Two Palestinians killed by the Israeli occupation forces and illegal settlers, in Palestinian territory of the West Bank Monday 3-November-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Two Palestinians were martyred early Monday morning after being shot by the Israeli occupation forces and illegal settlers in Nablus and El-Khaleel (Hebron) in the occupied Palestinian territory of the West Bank. According to media sources, a Palestinian young man was declared dead at dawn after succumbing to a severe gunshot wound sustained last night during an Israeli military raid in Bait Foueek town in eastern Nablus, north of the West Bank. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that 17-year-old Jameel 'Hanani succumbed to a critical bullet injury in his chest after Israeli occupation soldiers prevented paramedics from providing him with first aid. Later, the young man was rushed to Rafeedya Hospital in Nablus City, where doctors pronounced him dead. Local sources reported that the young man was seriously injured on Sunday night during clashes between local youths and Israeli forces in the town. In al-Khalil, a young man was shot dead by an extremist Jewish settler in the Ras El-Joura area. Local sources said that a settler opened fire at a young man and critically injured him near the northern entrance of El-Khaleel (Hebron) before a horde of settlers and soldiers closed the area and prevented paramedics from evacuating him. Later, medical sources said the young man succumbed to his injury at dawn Monday. *** El-Khaleel (Hebron): Suffocation injuries during sit-in against colonists' attacks El-Khaleel (Hebron), November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at Palestinians during a sit-in organized by residents of the towns of Idthna and Tarqoumiya, west of El-Khaleel (Hebron), to protect their lands from attacks by the occupation and its colonists. WAFA correspondent reported that occupation forces raided El-Jalatiya and Dair Qatti neighborhoods in the town of Tarqoumiya, east of Idthna, during a sit-in organized by residents and local institutions to protect their lands from colonists attacks. A young man also sustained a broken hand after being directly hit by a stun grenade fired by occupation soldiers. He was transported to the hospital by Red Crescent crews for treatment. K.T. *** Palestinian political prisoner Raja-i Abdul Qadir’s health deteriorates amid cancer, Prisoners’ Commission warns RAMALLAH, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs said that its lawyers visited the Israeli occupation regime's prison of Ganot and reviewed the conditions of Palestinian prisoners, particularly those who are ill. The Commission documented the continued policy of deliberate medical neglect against several prisoners, most notably Raja-i 'Husain 'Abdul Qadir, 43, from the town of Dair 'Ammar, west of Ramallah. According to the Commission's report, 'Abdul Qadir has been held under administrative detention since November 28, 2023. His administrative detention has been extended four consecutive times, each time for six months. This is his second period of imprisonment, as he previously spent 45 months in Israeli jails between 2015 and 2019. During his previous detention, Abdul Qadir was diagnosed with cancer in 2017, which affected his lungs, liver, and testicles. He received treatment at Soroka Medical Center while imprisoned in Naf'ha Prison, where his left testicle was removed, and he underwent 24 sessions of chemotherapy. After his release, he continued treatment at El-Naja'h Hospital and Ramallah Hospital. However, his health deteriorated again after his re-arrest due to the lack of necessary medical care. On May 5, 2024, he was transferred to the Ramla Prison clinic, where he received only a superficial routine examination. He was recently transferred to Eshel Prison, where he underwent a full-body ultrasound, the results of which he has yet to receive. The organization emphasized that prisoner 'Abdul Qadir urgently needs a CT scan, amid serious concerns about the recurrence of his illness. It held the Israeli occupation authorities fully responsible for any deterioration in his health resulting from deliberate medical negligence. Y.S. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers seize hundreds of agricultural dunums south of El-Khaleel (Hebron) Monday 3-November-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) A group of the illegal Israeli settlers seized agricultural land owned by residents of Idthna, west of al-Khalil in the southern West Bank. According to local officials on Monday, the settlers had plowed the land in preparation for taking it over, with direct support from the Israeli military. Jabir Tumaizi, the mayor of Idthna, reported that hundreds of dunums were plowed while Jewish soldiers fired tear gas and sound bombs at dozens of Palestinians who attempted to resist the incursion. He described the act as an “Israeli aggression against private property,” emphasizing that the settlers had already confiscated most of the town’s land after 1948 and through the apartheid wall, leaving only the eastern areas, which are now also under threat. “This land is ours, we inherited it from our ancestors, and we will not give it up,” he said. This land grab is part of a broader and escalating settler campaign in the West Bank. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, more than 7,150 settler attacks have been documented over the past two years. These assaults have resulted in the killing of 36 Palestinians and the displacement of 33 Bedouin communities. In addition, 114 new settlement outposts have been established on occupied land. In total, the past two years have seen 1,065 Palestinians killed and approximately 10,000 injured across the West Bank. *** The Israeli occupation army orders uprooting of trees from Palestinian lands in Ramallah Monday 3-November-2025 RAMALLAH, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army issued a military verdict ordering the removal of trees from vast tracts of Palestinian-owned agricultural land in the west of Ramallah. According to the military order, all trees spanning 15 dunums of land in the villages of Ras Karkar and Kafr Ni’ma will be uprooted for military purposes. These dunums are located in the areas of El-Wajh El-Gharbi and Jabel El-Risan in Ras Karkar, as well as in El-'Oreed area in Kafr Ni’ma. Between October 7, 2023, and the same month in 2025, settlers carried out a total of 7,154 attacks against Palestinian civilians and their property, resulting in the uprooting, destruction, or damage of 48,728 trees, 37,237 of which were olive trees, according to the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission. *** IOFs demolish two inhabited Palestinian homes in El-Walaja village, west of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Monday 3-November-2025 Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on Monday demolished two inhabited homes in the village of Al-Wallaja, west of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), under the pretext of building without a permit. Local sources said that a large force of the Israeli army, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed the village and began demolishing the home of the Abu Razek family in the Ain Jouiza area, which covers about 80 square meters. The sources explained that the homeowners had applied for building permits years ago, but the occupation authorities kept stalling and refused to grant them the necessary approvals. The head of El-Wallaja village council, Khadhir El-'Araj, said that heavily armed IOFs soldiers raided the village and stationed at the 'Ain Juwaiza area before demolishing two inhabited houses belonging to the Abu Rizq and Rasim families, each about 80 square meters in size. One of the houses sheltered nine people, and the other housed two. El-Araj noted that the demolition was carried out under the pretext of lacking permits, even though the families had submitted requests for them years ago. He added that this comes as part of a systematic policy targeting El-Wallaja residents to seize their lands and force them to leave. The 'Ain Juwaiza area has for years been under an intensified campaign by occupation forces and settlers aiming to take control of its lands and push its residents into forced displacement. Recently, the IOF has carried out dozens of demolitions in the area and issued new orders to stop construction, all as part of a plan to expand the boundaries of occupied Jerusalem at the expense of El-Wallaja’s land. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, since the war on Gaza began, the Israeli occupation authorities have carried out 1,014 demolitions in the West Bank, targeting 3,679 structures, including 1,288 inhabited homes, 244 uninhabited ones, 962 agricultural structures, and 1,667 demolition notices for other Palestinian buildings and facilities. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime announces a plan to build two buildings on the former vegetable market site, in El-Khaleel (Hebron) El-Khaleel (Hebron), November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – El-Khaleel (Hebron) Municipality confirmed on Monday that the Israeli authorities, through the Planning and Construction Committee of the so-called Israeli Civil Administration, announced a new illegal settlement plan to construct two buildings on the central vegetable market land belonging to the Hebron Municipality. The plan includes the construction of 63 residential units distributed across two six-storey buildings above ground with two basement floors for parking, in addition to a third three-storey building housing classrooms, a library, and a synagogue. The total planned construction area is estimated at approximately 12,500 square meters. El-Khaleel (Hebron) Municipality strongly rejected and condemned the decision, describing it as a blatant violation of its jurisdiction, a clear infringement on the interests of the city and its residents, and a violation of international humanitarian law, which prohibits the seizure, exploitation, or demolition of Palestinian property without justification. The municipality affirmed that it will take all available legal measures to challenge the decision within the specified deadline, to safeguard citizens’ rights and protect the public interest of the city. It also called on the international community, human rights organizations, and UNESCO to intervene immediately to stop these repeated attacks on Palestinian property and to ensure the protection of the rights of the Hebron Municipality and the city’s residents. T.R. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UK Foreign Secretary calls for increasing aid to Gaza, citing urgent humanitarian needs AMAN, November 3, 2025 (WAFA) – British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper has called for increasing humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, describing it as a crucial step towards achieving a genuine path to peace in the region. According to a statement released by the British Embassy in Amman on Monday, Cooper said, "British aid, including food and shelter supplies, is ready in warehouses awaiting permission to enter Gaza," stressing that "the people of Gaza cannot wait." She emphasized the urgent need to open more crossings and lift restrictions on aid entry to enable the United Nations and NGOs to scale up their life-saving humanitarian efforts, within the framework of the US-led peace plan. During her visit to Jordan, the Foreign Secretary inspected a warehouse storing British ready for entry into the Gaza Strip, emphasizing the pivotal role Jordan plays as a key hub for coordinating and distributing humanitarian aid in the region. Cooper noted the three-week ceasefire has allowed for the entry of more aid into Gaza, but restrictions continue to block significant amounts of essential supplies. She said the scale of humanitarian needs remains significant and requires a substantial increase in support. "In addition to food aid, there is an urgent need for shelter and emergency medical care, especially for pregnant women," she stated "We have no time to waste in providing aid and making real progress towards lasting peace." The minister affirmed her country's commitment to working with Jordan, regional partners, and the international community to support Gaza's reconstruction efforts and achieve lasting peace in the Middle East.
